Everyone is friendly, polite and professional from the first phone call with Jenna to the actual procedure with Dr Brownstein. Jenna, Alexis and Petra did an excellent job with scheduling and billing. Diane was very thorough at my initial visit and made me feel comfortable being there. Jamie RN was extremely friendly and professional, she made me feel relaxed and confident that I made the right decision. Dr. Brownstein was thorough, nice, explained everything to be expected in detail. The manager Taisha, runs an exceptional office keeping me well informed of what was going on before I was taken back. I cannot say enough good things about this practice and highly recommend them.
