Bought a hair lazer removal package for my daughter who had three treatments out of the seven. She took the summer off from her treatments to live at our lakehouse only to return and be questioned about how much the color of her skin had darkened from May to September. She had not been exposed to sun within the last 14 days of her current appointment, but they denied her treatment due to the dark color of her skin. Yes, anyone would be darker after spending the summer at the lake. Totally feel like we were screwed over by the technician and that the manager was too busy trying to cover herself by getting their stories to coordinate. Needless to say we won't be back and I would highly advise you to stay away if you tan easily or have dark skin tone, since they will take your money and not provide treatment. more

I went to Sona for a skin tightening laser treatment. They said it would take up to six months to see the full results. I kept hoping to see some improvement, but never did. It was absolutely worthless and I feel like I have been ripped off for several hundred dollars!! more

I have been to Sona several times for different things, and have always had a great experience! I have used their laser serviced for tattoo removal, which takes a long time, but each visit was very pleasant, so I couldn't complain. I've had botox, and lip enhancement, all of which I was very pleased with! All the staff there is extremely nice and very eager to help with whatever you need! It's a great place to go! more

I went to Sona Medspa to have laser hair removal on my bikini and underarms. I was so sick of shaving and then having to deal with the irritation and bumps from the razor. What is included in their package prices make them hands down the place to go. I did a lot of research so I was knowledgeable during my free consultation. All of the girls that worked there were sweet and friendly (not like the snobs that work at some spas). The girl that did my treatment really new her stuff and made me feel completely comfortable. The treatment hurt a little, but was over before I knew it. I am loving my results and I am so glad I came here. Pros: competitive pricing, great customer service, clean setting Cons: None more

I had the laser hair removal package done at the Brentwood location and everyone there was pleasant and courteous. I arrived a few minutes early and they took me right away, NO WAITING AT ALL!!! The consultant I spoke with on the phone explained the procedure in detail so there were no surprises. I looked at other Med Spas in the Brentwood area an none of the prices compared to Sona. I got it done on my legs and have 3 more treatments to go. One of my friends had the same service done at Sona and she said she loved the professionalism too. I would recommend Sona MedSpa for any woman looking to get laser hair removal at a great price. Pros: great customer service and clean professional atmosphere. Cons: none at all more

I have had several services at Sona MedSpa. I called other medspas before deciding on sona. I decided there were the best because the way the services and packages were explained to me, the training of the staff, and after viewing the facility, it was very clean and well put together. The pricing was not too much different from other spas, many services were actually cheaper. Pros: no wait time, staff knowledge Cons: nothing! more

My time at Sona was incredibly relaxing. The staff members were friendly and willing to explain all of my options to me in detail. The technician made sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on. I had laser hair removal on my legs, and it was very effective. It was a little painful, but they tell you that ahead of time and it certainly wasn't unbearable. The atmosphere was nice, too. I would definitely go back to get other treatments.
