Bought a hair lazer removal package for my daughter who had three treatments out of the seven. She took the summer off from her treatments to live at our lakehouse only to return and be questioned about how much the color of her skin had darkened from May to September. She had not been exposed to sun within the last 14 days of her current appointment, but they denied her treatment due to the dark color of her skin. Yes, anyone would be darker after spending the summer at the lake. Totally feel like we were screwed over by the technician and that the manager was too busy trying to cover herself by getting their stories to coordinate. Needless to say we won't be back and I would highly advise you to stay away if you tan easily or have dark skin tone, since they will take your money and not provide treatment.
