The initial consultation for hair removal, body contouring and weight loss was a great experience- of course thats why I made the decision to empty my wallet! All follow up appointments resulted in hour- long waiting times in the waiting room. All while staff congregated in reception area visiting with each other. The staff is friendly but many of my appointments were somehow not on the computer after I scheduled them. They were always operating with too few staff and I was asked to reschedule because they were not available. Seriously?? My suggestion: Buy a razor, join weight watchers and wear spanx! Save yourself time and trouble. Totally NOT worth the price!
