Sona Med Spa is Great, but a bit expensive 3/8/2012

The staff at Sona Med Spa are all so sweet and great. They take you in right away. There is no waiting time and they get their job done. The only thing that is a concern is the price. They are a bit pricy! I am currently going for Laser Hair Removal and I have two more touch-ups before I am done. I have seen a decrease in hair, but not what I want it to be. Not Worth the $ 3/8/2012

I have been going to Sona for nearly 3 years for the treatment of Cellulite. I have received both Lipotherapy Injections and Accent Treatments. I have noticed a slight improvement, but not enough to warranty the amount of money that I have spent. Sona has changed ownership and they now share the Accent machine with other locations.for two weeks at a time. It is extremely difficult to get an appointment. They need to offer more evening and Saturday appointments, to accomodiate there existing customers. But they don't want to do so. I do not reccomend Sona Medspa due to their inability to accomodiate. A Better Me Inside and Out 3/7/2012

I am on a tight budget, but I know that preventive maintenance is very important. Age and sun damage is a fact of life. I try to trick it with modern technology. Sona MedSpa has many of the tools that I utilize to keep myself feeling better about being over 50. I am young inside and want to not become upset when I then look in the mirror. I love the special package deals since most everything on my body needs help. I power walk every day and even though I wear a hat and sunscreen, I still get sunspots and damage. They need attention as do my fine wrinkles. The lovely ladies at Sona MedSpa are well trained and attentive. They make me feel as comfortable as possible even if I know I am there for some intense treatment. Didn't give 5 stars because I wish they had more touchup specials for less money. I did the medi-slim program to loose weight fast. It really works & I have learned how to keep it off or continue to loose more whenever I want. The staff is exceptional on ll levels. Friendly & Accomodating! 3/7/2012

Initially to get my full body laser I had called and visited approx 5 companies and out of all of them, some seemed like they only wanted my money, some seemed legit but werent using the updated machines, Sona MedSpa did it for me. Everything sounds good over the phone when they discuss the products and services that they offer, but low and behold when you get there, it's a different story! I have been waiting for a refund for over a month now because I was told that my skin was too dark to recieve service. I had purchased a laser hair removal package in full and I have yet to recieve my refund. I keep getting told that the office mananger and/or financial manager is not in or that she just left or I can leave my name and number and someone will call me back, but still no luck! It's amazing how everyone is available when they want to take your money, but when it's time to refund the money no one seems to be working! REALLY i WISH I COULD GET PAID WITHOUT BEING AT WORK..... MS DARK SKIN more

Outstanding service & results! 7/19/2011

I had never been to a medspa before or had any type of treatments, so I didn't know what to expect. Right when I walked in to Sona the staff was very friendly and professional. The nurses that have provided my Botox treatments explained exactly what to expect and what they were doing. They were both very down to earth and made me feel comfortable. I love the results and will continue to visit them for all of my needs. I highly recommend Sona. more

Lose the baby fat 5/6/2011

I have been a client at Sona MedSpa for two years. I have a better silhouette thanks to the Accent service. Accent has helped tighten my abdomen after having two children and has helped reduce the cellulite on my buttocks and thighs. I enjoy not worrying as to whether I have shaved my underarms because my hair is not growing back. The staff is very professional and friendly. They also go out of their way to accommodate your schedule. Everyone there is wonderful! more

Fantastic Place To Reshape Yourself 9/9/2010

I have been going to Sona for 2 years for the treatment of Cellulite. I have received both Lipotherapy Injections and Accent Treatments. Even though the results have taken longer than what I had originally anticipated, the results are AMAZING! The staff is absolutely phenomenal. I have never had a problem getting an appointment (even on a Saturday). For those of you looking to rid yourself of Cellulite ... this is the place. But be advised that you need to be patient ... Cellulite is very stubborn. Absolutely worth any cost, because it WORKS!! WOW, I LOVE THIS PLACE! more

Great service and results 3/20/2009
