I keep coming back to Sona MedSpa for more treatments because of the service. Laura, my nurse technician, offers great customer service and knows what she's doing. I do think prices are higher compared to other places, but because I'm very comfortable and trust Laura I am willing to pay for that. more

Comfortable and staff very friendly 10/7/2013

I feel very comfortable, the staff are friendly and made me feel at ease. Especially, when getting laser hair removal, I don't feel uptight or shy about the areas I'm getting done. more

Michelle is constantly checking on my progress with food and handling stress. We discuss alternate food options and share recipes. Nurses are friendly and encouraging. The women at the front desk are always friendly and polite. Very relaxing environment to come to. more
