I had to make 4 visits in less than 12 weeks (the last 3 visits were 1-2 weeks apart) for continuous botox corrections, and the final desired result was never achieved. I have be...

I recently contacted Sona Med Spa Huntersville for a consultation with an aesthetician and was surprised to find when I got there that I was meeting with the office manager. I was given a tour around the facility and a complete run down of the pricing. I did not schedule the consultation to be given a tour and wanted to talk directly with an aesthetician to determine exactly which procedure I needed. The office manager seemed more focused on the pricing and package deals than the actual treatments I would need. She did go ""grab"" an aesthetician briefly because she couldnt answer all of my questions. Their prices also are higher than most other med spas in Charlotte. The cost of Juvederm which I was quoted was $750.00 per syringe and it is typically $500.00 at all other spas. I left without spending any time with an actual aesthetician and was highly disappointed. I have received mulitple voice mails since the appt in regard to their monthly "" specials "" and have not returned the calls. I felt like their focus is more on sales than what the customer actually needs more

Sona Medspa is absolutely amazing. The spa itself is professional and clean and the facilities are state of the art. I notice results every week. The staff is just wonderful, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an effective skincare treatment. more
