My experience with Soleil Floors was great. They tiled my entire downstairs. There was no pressure salesmanship. The work was very professional and the product exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use them again for future projects. more

They were just very friendly. They were very punctual getting there at the time they said, and they were very good about cleaning up at the end of every day. On the last day, they did an outstanding job of cleaning the work site. more

They were very prompt. Victor, the head guy, was wonderful. He went beyond the call of duty and was very polite, courteous, and patient. He explained things thoroughly and made certain that I was satisfied. All the workers he had were very courteous and professional. Pre-installation they came out twice to my house to help me pick the right color because I was matching to existing floors. They did not try to upsell me, and their quote was almost exactly what I paid. He said way me need more cement to level the floor out, but he warned me ahead of time and we ended up needing some. I picked them because I wanted to go with someone local and they had great reviews. more

Most of my experience with Soleil Floors was done mostly by phone. The communication was really great. That house is on the market and has an offer on it right now. My Real Estate Agent says the work looks lovely. I've seen pictures and it looks fantastic. Overall, I am very pleased with the company and my experience as a whole. There was a minor mis-communication, which was most likely on my end, or else they would have gotten all 5's. I thought it was only going to take them 1 day to complete the work, however they ended up coming back 2 days later to finish the work. They came on the days they said they would. They finished in a timely fashion. The customer service was excellent, everyone I spoke to was very nice. I was in a difficult situation and they didn't try to sell me something more expensive. I really appreciated that. I am pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone. more

I'd say Soleil Floors were the consummate professionals. I had gone through a carpet installation not long before, and the company did a shoddy job. I even had to have the floors taken up. Soleil Floors worked with me and my situation. It was a do-over, and I really wanted to be careful about who and what was installed. I wanted to make sure my floor would not only last a few months. Soleil Floors worked with me to pick a nice, high quality floor at a good price. I did some comparing beforehand, and their prices were very strong. The estimate was spot on with when they'd be finished and what I paid. Also, installers came the morning they said they would and finished a little earlier than estimated. They did the work smoothly, and I'm overjoyed with the product. more

I went to them because they are local and when I compared them to other businesses, they had much more information to share about the people they would send out. Their installation team had been there for quite a few years and they could tell me who would be installing my floors and their experience. My experience started off with a flood. I needed all new flooring. I went to a big box store and was so disappointed and frustrated with them. It took them 4 weeks to get back to me to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order. I had really bad luck with them. I ended up calling Soleil Floors and Kelly in the office is so nice and professional. She told me that if I came in and found something I liked, they would call right then and there to see if they could get it. I had never been in their store before, but I'm so glad I decided to use them. They made everything about the process so easy. They handled everything for me. It was the easiest process to go through. And the final results are beautiful. They do great work. I'd give them higher ratings if I could. I am planning on using them again in the future for more work we want done. more

The installers from Soleil Floors who did our tiles and flooring were true craftsmen and complete gentlemen. Everything came out so outstanding. We are more than pleased with our entire experience. I worked with Willie regarding the replacement of a very specialized and expensive wood floor in our family room after a huge water damage claim. From the beginning, Willie was fantastic. He showed up for our appointment on time, prepared and brought with him a wealth of knowledge and experience. Soleil Floors are best in my book! Without their hard work and willingness to work with my Insurance company, I don?t know where I would be. We were in the market for new flooring and looked at different places until we walked into Soleil Floors here in Round Rock, Tx. After walking into their store we knew we didn't have to look any further. We had ceramic tile, carpeting and vinyl plank installed in our new home and couldn't be any Happier with the product and the service the Soleil Floors offered us. First, they made us feel like we were their only customers! Secondly, the professionalism on a business and personal level goes way beyond OUTSTANDING!! Ben helped us with our choices and gave us honest opinions of what would work and what wouldn't as far as what we were looking for. Thirdly, the contractors were just as professional. They worked quietly (you didn't even know they were there), they worked clean and picked up after themselves. We even had to leave our house for a few hours and left the contractors by themselves in our house. We didn't have to worry about anything. My wife and I purchased hardwood floors for our home in Flower Mound, TX a few years ago. My wife had shopped prices with almost every flooring company in the metroplex. Finally, she picked one and we had the hardwood installed. What a NIGHTMARE! The company subcontracted the installation out to a group of guys and they were not good.... at all. They made a total mess of our house and it took several extra days to have them clean it up... So, when we moved here to Round Rock, we first wanted to do business with a Round Rock company but, the most important part of getting hardwood floors (or any flooring) is the installation.... There is no possible way to tell you just how good Soleil Floors does business, but I can tell you they earned our business from the start of the selection process, through the instalation process all the way through completion. They too have installers that do their work but, the installers do ALL of their instalations and they are the best I have EVER seen. We couldn't be more happy with our puchase the the end result. When we need new flooring of any kind, Ben at Soleil Floors is already in my cell phone. Thank you Soleil!!!!!!!!!!!! more
