Review content:
Most of my experience with Soleil Floors was done mostly by phone. The communication was really great. That house is on the market and has an offer on it right now. My Real Estate Agent says the work looks lovely. I've seen pictures and it looks fantastic.
Overall, I am very pleased with the company and my experience as a whole. There was a minor mis-communication, which was most likely on my end, or else they would have gotten all 5's. I thought it was only going to take them 1 day to complete the work, however they ended up coming back 2 days later to finish the work.
They came on the days they said they would. They finished in a timely fashion. The customer service was excellent, everyone I spoke to was very nice.
I was in a difficult situation and they didn't try to sell me something more expensive. I really appreciated that. I am pleased with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone.
