My experience started off with a flood. I needed all new flooring. I went to a big box store and was so disappointed and frustrated with them. It took them 4 weeks to get back to me to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order. I had really bad luck with them.
I ended up calling Soleil Floors and Kelly in the office is so nice and professional. She told me that if I came in and found something I liked, they would call right then and there to see if they could get it. I had never been in their store before, but I'm so glad I decided to use them. They made everything about the process so easy. They handled everything for me. It was the easiest process to go through. And the final results are beautiful. They do great work. I'd give them higher ratings if I could. I am planning on using them again in the future for more work we want done.
