Wedding days can be so stressful - but Audrey and the rest of the crew made the whole preparation experience a happy one - the hairstyles were perfect, the make-up gorgeous, and the bride, bridesmaids, mothers and relatives left the salon in high spirits and looking our very best! I am beyond impressed with Audrey & Kristy! They are a fantastic team and have a talent to turn visions into reality for your wedding day. Audrey did my hair and Kristy did my makeup, they both did an outstanding job. They were both pleasant, flexible and patient. Love, Love, Love these girls!!! 4/11/2011

I was introduced to Soleil Crew Salon through Electra Cruise lines for my wedding on 12-11-10. Audrey did my hair and Christina did my makeup, and boy did they deliver!! They were both so very friendly, flexible, and came through for me on my big day! Audrey not only did an amazing job on my hair, but was able to find me and my bridesmaids some beautiful hair pieces that we all just loved! She was also fast, which was wonderful since I didn't have a lot of time that day. I went in for a trial run, and Audrey gave me a great cut that made my hair look HOT, but also manageable! I have tons of hair and she didn't hesitate at all. Christina did my makeup, and she delivered the goods as well. She is so sweet, and was not afraid to be herself with me and show me what she was made of! I told her not to be afraid to ""do it up"" and she did!! She came up with ideas that one would never think of, and made me look the most beautiful I have ever felt! The salon itself is on a beautiful corner close to the harbor. You can smell the ocean, and feel the crisp ocean breeze while you are getting done up. I highly recommend this place to all brides who are getting married around the area, or to any ladies who just need a great salon to go to. They are Simply WONDERFUL! The "" BEST"" full service salon in town 2/15/2011

I love this place so much I am in here twice a week with Greg Soldateck, the proprietor, who is an absolute master at cutting hair for either Men or Women.\r .All of my Family use Greg to cut their hair. My husband and Son-inlaw both !! Everyone in the Salon are always cheerful , friendly and never late! It is reasonably priced also. recommend highly. more

Many THANKS to Audrey and Cristina who did awesome on my hair and make up on my ONE special day! Thank you for being so nice to me and especially for making me glow and shine that night!! i loved it, my groom loved it and so did everyone who attended our wedding!! I loved how my hair and make up came together. That even i had a last minute change on my hairstyle.. Audrey still did an awesome job and that even Cristina never did a trial makeup on me, she did fantastic too! Their services are highly recommended especially for the brides-to-be! One has to think, if you own your own salon, you must be doing something right. I used to jump around to Salons and was unable to find someone that understands how to cut hair. Either the person has another agenda or just has a lack of focus. Greg is the top in his class, and should be in New York or something, but having a salon with an ocean view can't be too bad either. The Best Hairstyle Yet 3/30/2010

I have the world's worst hair: faded red, ever thinning. Audrey Honeycutt has restyled, colored and increased the volume. I get compliments daily on hair. Audrey Honeycutt has been cutting and styling my hair for years and I'm always pleased with the results! She's very skilled and professional. I recently started to color my hair and wax my eyebrows with Audrey as well. She is very gentle and my color is always exactly how I imagined. \r I've recently became engaged and the only person I trust to do my hair is Audrey. Great wedding experience! 3/4/2009

I was searching for a salon that offers hair and makeup and came across Soleil crew salon. I had my makeup done by christina who does airbrush and loved it. It was flawless and lasted all night. Audrey did my hair she also did an amazing job of was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommed this salon for weddings. more

Best Haircuts in Southern California!!! 2/3/2009

Audrey is awesome! She is truly skilled! I would highly recommend her to anyone with hair! Seriously though, this is not your average hairstylist. I have funky, thick, wavy hair, and she whips it into shape every time. Pros: Mad-Skillz! Flexible schedule, great location. Cons: I'll have to fly back to Newport Beach for a great haircut when I move to Colorado later this year. more

Exactly what I look for, every time 1/27/2009

I have been a customer of Soliel Crew Salon for about 8 years now. I visit Greg for my hair cuts and Audrey for my up-dos, color and special occasion needs. Greg has been cutting my hair since I started coming to the salon. I have thick, straight hair and I tend to grow it out (to the middle of my back or lower) then cut it to my to my shoulders or shorter. It is always an adventure but I feel completely comfortable in Greg's hands. I usually have an idea/picture and Greg is able to adapt it to work the best for my hair type. He always makes sure to do a thorough job and not race me out the door. I know I can bring any style I am interested in and Greg will give me a better cut than I was looking for every time.\r Audrey is absolutely amazing with color and up-dos/formal hair. Audrey did my first up-do for a formal event I had about 5 years ago. It was effortless both in execution and the end product. When I got engaged, I knew she had to do my wedding hair. There would be no one else that could do a better job for me. I brought a few pictures and she showed me her portfolio. I told her what I like about different pictures and she took over. What came out from the trail run was stunning. It was perfect for what I was looking for and worked perfectly with my veil and second hair pin for the reception. The day of the wedding she made the style even more amazing. I got more compliments on my hair that day than my dress or flowers!! Audrey also did my first color ever. She was able to give me what I wanted and added to it to make sure it looked natural and not off base with my normal color.\r Not only am I thoroughly pleased by my experiences at Soliel Crew, the staff is always friendly and personable. I highly recommend Soleil Crew Salon. I have been a loyal customer for years. I am always impressed by the diversity of people walking through the door. Customers of all ages and backgrounds give this salon the professional and personal touch you want. I really look forward to my visit as Audrey and Greg are so much fun! They connect with everyone that comes in and I've often found that my time there is fun, lively and social. \r Audrey is a true gem. She is punctual, flexible, reasonably priced, professional and very service oriented. She is truely an expert at what she does. I consistently get tons of compliments on my hair. I am a very busy sales person on a tight schedule. She is always very considerate of my time and needs. I recently learned that she also does eyebrows. I love that! Great Mens Haircut, Comfortable & Relaxed Location, Great For any Business Man. 1/16/2009

Confidence in Every Haircut, Thank You Audrey! Need a place to getaway from the job during the week Lido offers a great Escape while getting your haircut; Soleil Crew Salon. This Location has a Fantastic Atmosphere and as you walk in the door you are always greeted with a smile, Time to Relax. Audrey has been Styling my hair for a few years now, She's done the best men's cut I have ever had and it grows in so it looks Terrific for awhile and not just when I leave; she's got awesome style as well, professional and contemporary. The salon is amazing and the place feels very comfortable. Ive never had a problem with parking and if you're lucky Audrey is always willing to take a business client on the fly, But I strongly Recommend calling to make an appointment, She is very busy. If you happen to arrive early there's a Newspaper stand right out the door and many pristine places to grab a snack along the Harbor. Pros: Can always count on walking out of there ready for a meeting. Cons: No Complaints more

Kristy's got me lookin good 1/15/2009

I've been using Kristy to cut my hair for a couple of years now. I used to have the slicked back old school look and she changed me up to have a more updated style by using a product and showing me how to style my hair that is quick & easy. It's always such a pleasure to visit with Kristy and the CREW , they're so friendly with really upbeat attitudes... Pros: Kristy's wants me to look & feel my best! I was in the area and decided to walk into the Salon and was greeted by Kristy. I told her what I wanted and she was totally understanding with me needs / wants (I'm very picky). So she sat me down and did an amazing job cutting my hair and the next time I need a haircut I know where I'm going and whom I'm going to.
