Solara Cosmetic Laser Ctr

Hi I am the one of the owners of solara and in regards to the review last posted I would like to state that obviously this is just one business trying to ruin anothers. We play fair unfortunately other business's in town like to talk bad and spread untrue rumors about the competetion to benefit themselves. Here are the facts: Autumn hasn't worked here in over 2.5 years, there is always an owner present at all times when the business is open and people who don't get results off of one of the treatments with lasers, whether it be with hair or wrinkles or cellulite reduction are very few. For those few we bend over backwards to get them results. Sometimes people come in with false expectations hoping that we can do magic, we don't claim to do magic, just offer a service to help people look their best at an affordable price. I have checked all of our prices against the lower 48 states and we are cheaper on every treatment. That NEVER happens in alaska, and you can see by reading other reviews what our place is like. thank you ted more

Autumn the facialist waters down skin care treatments and gives the worst facials. I signed up for 4 laser treatments and only got 3, get everything in writing. The co-owner will say anything to get your money but not in writing. I had 2 of my 4 treatments by Eileen who was training she did a mediocore job. The 3rd treatment person was better but I got ripped off. They refused my fourth paid for treatment stating that they were more experienced now and they charged me too little. Disappointed will never go there again for anything. Pros: Location is next to the Organic Pantry Cons: Rip off - You do not get what you paid for. more

Exceptional service. I am so glad I did this and highly recommend the bikini/extended bikini to anyone considering it. Eileen was so professional and really went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and completely satisfied with the results. The procedure was pain-free and so worth every penny...no more waxing, shaving or bumps from an old razor. The staff is discrete and professional. Just recommend you make your appointment well in advance. Pros: friendly, professional staff, quick procedure that is painfree and great location Cons: just make your appointments well in advance more

I have had the best of care here. I am always treated with respect and care. I love the Isolaze treatments. My skin has improved dramatically. The staff are very knowledgeable in every aspect of skin care. The sell a great line of products and only use the best for you on your skin. This is a place you should visit often for all of your cosmetic needs. more

I have been lucky enough to meet some of the staff members at a training in Seattle that they attended. These were some of the nicest, most knowledgeable and genuine people I've ever met! They knew a ton of information, and really were interested in staying on the cutting edge of the industry. I hope ot make it up to see them soon --- but having worked in the industry I know that it is the dedication, medical knowledge and authenticity of the people running a medispa that make it successful. First of all let me say that Dr. Imbriani, Susan Canafax and last but not least, my favorite aesthetician in the world Heather Bartlett, ROCKS!! I have been going to Solara for 2 years now for treatments and I have never experienced such a relaxing and professional atmosphere in all of Anchorage's Day Spas and I have been to most of them! You can literally get everything done in one place and it is efficient and effective! They are conveniently located in midtown Anchorage and when you are done getting your treatments you can shop in the mall or get some great food! Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and most of all Solara is always giving back with frequent promotions and deals! It's perfect for me, a busy mother of 2, that has minimal time and money for the things I like to do for myself once in awhile. If you haven't visited Solara yet you must experience it first.
