Zero stars! Consumer Beware! These people are rude, a rip off & down right idiots. Their repair guy misdiagnosed my problem causing me a loss of over $500 in food spoilage, then ordered parts without my authorization & had them shipped to my house. After spending $100 for a misdiagnosis they didn't want to send their Sr. Tech to my house for a proper diagnosis b/c ""I"" ordered parts! Their dispatcher canceled my appointment without telling me & then lied about it blaming it on the manufacturer. The Sr Tech said they didn't want him to come out b/c ""I"" ordered parts. They wanted to charge me another $426 for repair when the parts they shipped to me were only $45. They stood to make $480 off of me. During the whole ordeal of trying to figure this out & speaking to their dispatcher & general manager they were so rude like I did something wrong. They never apologized even after I called to tell them ""their"" parts were at my house they could come pick them up. In fact the general manager was shocked I opened the box addressed to me. She was busted! I will never do business with these shady people again. more

TERRIBLE!!!! They were called by an appliance store which I purchased a refrigerator from to do a warranty repair. They called me 2x to ""confirm"" an appointment which had never been made. Both times they then called me back to tell me the part was not in. The second time I asked to speak to the manager and was transferred to ""Corinne"". I was conveniently disconnected and when I called right back, went to the answering machine as it was 5:00 p.m.????? I called back the following day and was told by Scott that he would research and call me back. You guessed it, he never called me back. I called back and was told that they could not get the part. more
