TERRIBLE!!!! They were called by an appliance store which I purchased a refrigerator from to do a warranty repair. They called me 2x to ""confirm"" an appointment which had never been made. Both times they then called me back to tell me the part was not in. The second time I asked to speak to the manager and was transferred to ""Corinne"". I was conveniently disconnected and when I called right back, went to the answering machine as it was 5:00 p.m.????? I called back the following day and was told by Scott that he would research and call me back. You guessed it, he never called me back. I called back and was told that they could not get the part.
