Proffessional and fast service from these guys. These guys are experienced and know their craft. I don't know much about cars, but these guys won me over with their confidence, their advice, their no-nonsense way about work, their speed and efficiency. Good work guys more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. They will SCAM you! They quoted me good price over the phone. Told them when I was coming, Suki, was the mechanic’s name. He said fine, we have the tires, BOSS. Once I got there, he said they delivered him the wrong size. I was in a hurry, but conveniently enough he has a used one. He showed it to me, it looks fine without the air. I did not inspect it after installation and drove off because I was in a hurry. Paid them cash but did not give me a receipt. The next day I inspected it, now with air, you can see cracks around the tires. Called him, told him the tire was bad, told him to get me 2 new ones. I called him more than a couple of times, he would always say, call me back tomorrow by 9, BOSS. It took him 2 weeks to get them. So I went back to buy them. Another mechanic started taking the wheels off my car. I requested him to rotate them, put the new ones to the front. When the other mechanic was about to change the tires, I overheard Suki, telling him to give the used tire that I bought back to me. I argued with him and with the other mechanic. I have them inspect the tire, showed them the crack, Suki said, that’s part of the tire’s design, but the other mechanic did not comment. Suki then said, used tires are not returnable and I’ve used the tire for 2 weeks and did not tell him that I was returning it. With their B***S***, I did not think that I will be able to reason with them so I did not buy the new tires, forced to take the used tire. I then told the other mechanic to put my wheels back to where they were. Suki then refused to return the wheels as they were. He said that I did not buy the new tires and was asking for $20 to do so and they were in a hurry because they were closing. DO NOT be SCAMMED by this business! more

I talked to an employee 5 separate times about purchasing tires for my car. After specifying make, model, year, and tire size, I received a quote over the phone. It seemed too good to be true, so I shopped around, and called back to verify with the same employee that he was sure about the pricing. I took off from work two hours early and drove 40 minutes away to get these tires. Upon arrival, the same employee tells me he is unable to give me the same deal quoted on the phone as the tires he was talking about were different than the kind for my vehicle. I asked him if he could work me a deal since now I had to drive home and back since the right ones were not in stock, and that I would now be taking 4 total hours off of work. When he came back, his quote was outrageous, and I mentioned that I drove a bit and he didn't seem to care. He blamed me for not telling him what size tire I had, and I told him I specified with him 5 separate times over the phone. He kept insisting I was lying, and when I asked him if this was how he treats all his customers and that I should report him to the B B B, he said I had every right to if I felt like doing so. I told him it was rude of him to refuse me a good deal since I was now out time and money because he misquoted me, even though he assured me over the phone that he had my size tires in stock and for specific price. He said he ""refused to go a penny lower"" and shortly thereafter bumped up the price AGAIN to $100 more. I then told him I would be telling everyone I know never to shop at his store again, and that the B B B would be hearing from me about his shoddy customer service, and him trying to screw customers out of their hard earned money. I never would have driven 40 minutes out of my way on balding tires and taken time off of work if he had not promised me a good deal for brand new tires that he said were exactly what I already had on my vehicle. Do not shop here! The employees are rude and unprofessional. Pros: It's easy to find. Cons: Rude staff, Bad customer service, Misquoting to get customers inside shop more
