Snuggy's Mattress Express, 8011 Mall Road Florence, Kentucky, 41042. My family and I were in the market for a new bedroom suite for our daughter who is beginning college in the Fall. We also needed a mattress bag for the guest room, since some of our older furniture is being moved in there. I'd never been to this store before, but thought we could give it a try. After walking into the empty building, I found one clerk and asked him about this. Never met another human who could issue a more nasty, snotty, insulting reply with a few words than this jerk behind the counter. Why bother breathing the same air as this filth? I turned around and walked out, hearing him mumble, "Whatever." Yeah, right. Whatever. We drove next door and bought a terrific bedroom set for half the price. "Snuggy's" can burn to the ground with everyone in it, and not be worth our spit for their fire. Enjoy your vacant lot, loser. more

Snuggy's on Mall Rd does NOT honor their Warranty .i paid over a thousand dollars for a Vera Wang mattress from them with a 10 year warranty and 2 years later the SPRINGS were poking my ribs .When I called and asked about a return they said i had to deal with the manufacture and i got the run around from the manufacture Rep they sent out to my house .i have notified the Better business bureau and upper management at Serta to rectify this situation .If i could give a negative star for Snuggy's on mall rd i would . more

We found the store to be clean and the employees to be friendly and what I thought to be knowledgable. We spent a lot of time in the store deciding on which mattress was right for us. We finally decided one and it was delivered. We were losing sleep on the new bed and returned it under their comfort guarantee, again spending more time in the store. Here's what I noticed, when a customer came in the store and asked about a specific mattress it then became the "best" mattress on the market and the sales pitch started there. The employee that helped us told us that a certain brand was problematic and they had issues with it (and returns) all the time. A potential customer walks in and inquired about the same mattress and a different employee started to praise the bed for how good it was. I noticed this happening several other times. While the employees have a great knowledge base it does appear that it is to make the "sale" since they are paid on commission. We are still sleepless on a new memory foam mattress and when I called and talked to the manager I was told he couldn't continue the comfort exchange guarantee. His solution was for me to list the mattress on Craig's List and come in and buy another one. So now we have a mattress that cost several thousand dollars that is of little use. My advise is do your homework first, know what you want and shop there for price. Also keep in mind that the guarantee is really not a guarantee. Pros: null Cons: null more

First time from buying from Snugg's, the mattress is great feels great on my back. but the delivery was very late. They showed up at 745pm. THey said they would come after 4 pm on a saturday, i was very upset about that, i had to call the store 4 times, they chouldnt givce me a time frame when it would be here. Just wasnt pleased with the delivery, shipping was free that great. more

I was very impressed with the help I received at Snuggy's Mattress Express! Not only were the employees very friendly, but their knowledge was amazing! I was very impressed with the prices, and the very help from the delivery people. They moved my old mattresses to my basement with a smile on their faces, that to me is going above and beyond the call of duty! Snuggy's Mattress Express has great products! We got our bed from there over 5 years ago, and have never had a problem with it or complaints about back pain. I have recommended it to several friends, and they all have been satisfied with their purchases. The employees at Snuggys have always been exceptionally helpful and treated them like their own friends. They always have what you're looking for! more

No complaints I do recommend Snuggys Mattress the selection is good I did buy a king tempurpedic ajustable set on friday It was in my home on saturday on time they set it up, they even ask if we would like us make you up the bed what more can I ask for. more

We bought our last bed from here. They let us look around without bothering us, until we found the bed that was perfect for us. They offered us free delivery, and a few other perks. I felt that their prices were fair too. PROS: free delivery CONS: none at this time more
