I LOVE Snelsons 12/12/2010

I LOVE Snelsons..been using them for sometime thanks to a recommendation of a friend who is a professional photographer in Sandy. I'm no photographer but I enjoy my prints professionally looking. Timing..impeccable! Quick..so quick on turn around time. more

My order went perfectly - they pictures uploaded fine, they were printed quickly, and I got a call as soon as they were ready. I was extremely pleased with the picture quality. (I always am, that's why I've been using Snelsons for all my important pictures over the last six year.) The only mediocre part of my experience was the receptionist when I picked up the pictures. Perhaps she was stressed, but she was pretty glum. I generally have worked with people there who are a little more friendly, happy, and helpful. more

My husband and I own a fine art film photography business as well as a digital photography business. We trust Snelsons to print all of our photography for us both from our large format negatives to the digital images we have. Some of the prints from Snelsons have won very prestigious awards. Whether they have won awards or not people who see them are awed and the quality of the print is a big part of that awe. They are personal, very quick, friendly and flawless. Snelsons is a fantastic printing company! We refer them to all of our friends and colleuges. more

Excellent service and willing to provide custom solutions for my needs. One thing we wish was different but may not matter in the big picture is having to order prints through ROES at a minimum of 10. We had a large order followed by a small reprint order which had to twice as big as we needed. Great overall service and we appreciate the way they care about the end product they deliver. more

I've been printing my pictures with a home printer, which (for me) works fine for 8X10 and smaller, but had a special enlargement I wanted printed for a Christmas gift. It had been several years since I had visited Snelson's and wasn't sure how to submit digital files for processing. Mike took the time to show me the (not so) new website and the ROES ordering system. Wow! Things have changed in the last couple of years... He suggested using pearl paper for the print I was ordering, which gave the finished print a beautiful subdued sparkle. I was impressed with the service and helpfulness of the staff when I came to pick up my finished print. I'm looking forward to ordering future products from the comfort of my own home. They have lots of good gift ideas on their website, too. more

Super good experience! 11/20/2010

Super good experience! I recieved my order by mail and they are gorgeous. They are bridal pictures of my daughter-in-law and are done so well! Fast service and great prices! Those at the front desk were very helpful as well! I did order a 8x10 on metalic that I didn't receive and was going to call about that. I ordered 2 metalic 8x10s and received one but not the other. more
