My order went perfectly - they pictures uploaded fine, they were printed quickly, and I got a call as soon as they were ready. I was extremely pleased with the picture quality. (I always am, that's why I've been using Snelsons for all my important pictures over the last six year.) The only mediocre part of my experience was the receptionist when I picked up the pictures. Perhaps she was stressed, but she was pretty glum. I generally have worked with people there who are a little more friendly, happy, and helpful.
