I've been printing my pictures with a home printer, which (for me) works fine for 8X10 and smaller, but had a special enlargement I wanted printed for a Christmas gift. It had been several years since I had visited Snelson's and wasn't sure how to submit digital files for processing. Mike took the time to show me the (not so) new website and the ROES ordering system. Wow! Things have changed in the last couple of years... He suggested using pearl paper for the print I was ordering, which gave the finished print a beautiful subdued sparkle. I was impressed with the service and helpfulness of the staff when I came to pick up my finished print. I'm looking forward to ordering future products from the comfort of my own home. They have lots of good gift ideas on their website, too.
