Alan said there really wasn't a set time because they had to do an upgrade in his vehicle. Other than that everything seems to be fine. more

Tracy said they have a large fleet of vehicles that are being updated in a recall. Nick, the service advisor, is helping with this and has been doing a very good job completing this project. more

I was almost completely satisfied with my overall service experience, but not completely because I wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of service work performed on my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in for service because of a whining sound in the steering column. I would give this a 4 star. more

My experience was all so pleasant I couldn't think of a thing they could do better. I stopped in without an appointment for an oil change and an inspection, they got me right in and forewarned it would be a little longer due to the inspection, but it was timely, and it was perfect. Everything was perfect. more

I bought a car at smithhaven. Although it was a bit dirty when I picked it up, the experience was very nice. They were playing good music, my salesman was very nice! And they paid for my lunch because of the car being dirty! Overall, very pleasant! more

Horrible place. Horrible sales managers. Check the Better Business Bureau rating, it's an F!! Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The sales managers were very confrontational and complete liars. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! more

I purchased a new 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 from Smith Haven and I have to say my experience was fantastic. My salesmen and the sales manager worked with me and I got a great deal with no problems and I would most definitely recommend this dealership\r more

Terrible experience! STAY AWAY 3/24/2011

Where to begin! I live in nassau county and saw a car I wanted! I called made an appointment, when I arrived i waited for an hour to find out the car was sold that morning! Yeah ok! So I found another vehicle that i liked! I'm young so i wanted to go home and digest what I was doing! Well I got cornered by two managers before leaving! Both of them were equally as young as me, so in my head I'm thinking what are these guys trying to convince me! Well after mulling it over for a day, I decide to pull the trigger! VERY VERY bad mistake! I show up to pick up the car, waited two hours for the finance guy to come get me! I finally walk into the abyss to instantly start getting riddled with bullets! My credit is bad, but no its just not established! When this guy, who may I add was the epitamy of a car salesman realized he wasn't getting me, ran and got his brother who was another finance manager there! Well I sat there listened to his non sense, finally I got up to leave and they folded! So more

Unethical Dealership 2/7/2011

This dealership is unscrupulous and deceitful. I went to this dealership after THEY canvassed ME, to buy a car. We readily agreed upon a price. The salesman couldn't have been more cordial. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I failed to read the fine print on the financing agreement. The price had been inflated $6000. I went back immediately after finding what I thought was an error. The people there were arrogant and unethical. I contacted Jeep to file a complaint but........ more

Truly a 5 star dealership. 8/20/2010

Fiver Stars-\r 1. Offer no service assistance & evade questions.\r 2. Blatently display a complete disregard for customer statisfaction at even the most basic level.\r 3. Make appointments with zero awareness as to whether needed parts are available. Then tell the customer they should have checked to see if the correct parts were available before talking to (bothering) service.\r 4. Exhibit a steadfast lack or organization and management.\r 5. Dubiously (and lamely) attempt to cover-up a startlingly widespread lack of competence.\r \r Yep- 5 Stars indded. more

Your -5 Star Dealer 3/23/2010

This dealership has low standards for there salespeople. They lie to you flat out. They tell me the car was one price at signing it jumped up over $3,000. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also I know for a fact that the positive comments written on here are from workers at the dealership. Teresa F. who wrote a "great comment" is the Internet Manager there. I wouldn't give 1 star to this place, but have to for this to go through. more

Scumbags of the highest degree! 1/22/2010

Discusting scummy place. We talked them down to $12500 for a Jeep, tried to get us to sign before we could look at monthly payments or interest. When we actually looked at the numbers, we would be getting financed for $16,600, we asked them to break that down, and they said $850 to detail and clean the car, $50 for a half a tank of gas... that still leaves a large chunk of money that they said were for "fee's". So basically they tried to get us for $4,000. Do not go here, salesman was rude, you'll be left sitting for long periods of time, finance dept are theives that will try to tack on large hidden fee's, manager didn't seem to care when we brought all this to his attention.\r \r We called Jeep to tell them about the dealership, and recommend you do too if you have an experience like ours, their number is 1-800-992-1997. more

Smithhaven Dodge - bunch of phonies 9/15/2009

Take a look at the 2 reviews posted on 6/11/09. One of those names is the same as one of the managers there, so be wary of those 2. I would guarantee those are bogus reviews that the dealership put on here because all the other ones are far more honest and realistic. more

Excellent Dealership 6/11/2009

I purchased my new 2009 Chrysler 300 from Smithhaven and I have to say it was the best experience that I have received at a dealership and I have been to a few. My salesmen was great he went over the vehicles with me took his time and explained the programs and different packages that were available to me. Over all the whole experience was great. Any one looking for a vehicle, just go to Smithhaven they are great! more
