3. Make appointments with zero awareness as to whether needed parts are available. Then tell the customer they should have checked to see if the correct parts were available before talking to (bothering) service.\r
4. Exhibit a steadfast lack or organization and management.\r
5. Dubiously (and lamely) attempt to cover-up a startlingly widespread lack of competence.\r
