I will be blunt - after finally choosing a car with a salesman - you will be left, waiting endlessly for HOURS...standing around - all part of their tactic to wear you down - and make you want to get out of there as fast as possible - finally you will sit down with their finance guy Anthony Macca who will proceed to talk to you in rapid fire delivery and double speak...all in an effort to distract you so hopefullly you won't examine the numbers he is throwing around. If you are not paying attention and not listening closely and don't examine all the paperwork - he will F**K YOU OVER with a smile, all the while claiming he is making very little money on the deal. I caught him red handed attempting to sneak an additional $6,000 into my loan - which he tried to hide under bullsh*t warranties...which I explicitly stated I did not want. Thank goodness I got up and left.....Stay away.....Stay away......Stay away. more

I ended up at his dealership because they had the specific car I wanted to view, which was over 50 miles from my home. I've since traveled out of my way to use only that dealership's service department with excellent results. more

I was so pleased with my experience with Smith Haven, that I told them that I would be back to buy another car from them when my wife's lease was up. Salesman did not disappoint me the second time and he not only met, but exceeded all of my expectations. He is a genuinely nice guy, and I never felt like he was trying to ""sell"" something to me. I never felt any pressure, I never felt like I was being gamed... it was an efficient and pleasant experience and I believe that I got a great deal and I know that I got outstanding service more

Run from these theives as fast as you can.....do not purchase a car from this dealer!!!!! There is a reason their Better Business Bureau rating is an ""F""......Google them.....see the comments from other people. Their customer service is non-existant. Their ability to lie straight to your face without remorse or any sense of decency or conscience is unparralled.....and is a practice condoned as standard operating procedure from their laughable management and ownership. Their standard business practice is to bury THOUSANDS of dollars in additional charges and unwanted extras or warrentys into your loan - without disclosing them to you. Again - don't believe me?......see what others have said about them......time and time again you will find people who have experienced the same thing - unwanted or undisclosed charges that were added unknowingly by their finance dept. An utterly disgusting and regretful experience!!!!! more

Worst experience! Disgusting dirty slimy dealership. Uneducated salespeople. Unprofessional liars. They told me they were giving me a vehicle with certain features I wanted, and then they gave me a different vehicle. They forgot to give me the frame to my wrangler! Then the slimy salesman called my insurance company and tried to change my policy without my knowlegde. I cannot believe this place is still in business. more

I was completely satisfied with the overall service experience, except for 1 issue. The service representative forgot to reset the computer, and it displays a message next oil change is due. As a result, they have to make another appointment to reset the computer. I sure would recommend the business for services, and everything regarding the level of services I received was fine. more

The worst three ring circus on the Planet. Barnum&Bailey had a better run organization than this waste of commercial real estate. The salesperson was completely clueless. The cuffs and shirt collar on his unwashed shirt were embedded with dirt. Complete waste of time was had listening to this untrained monkey. One doesn't have to look far to see why this untrained lifeless drone is allowed to work there. The management is completely useless and if put up against an educated person with any form of rederick or articulation becomes completely frustrated and ignorant. The management should be flipping burgers or at best salespeople at the men's wherehouse at best. The latter only because there clothing was slightly less wrinkled than the salesperson. There not fooling anybody with there three for one karako suits though. No class or real sense of style at all. Especially the younger manager on the elevated particle board desk. As a whole the dealership was disgusting and dirty. The owner looked like he just did three ounces of cocaine and was wearing a pistol, which brought forth absolutely no intimmidation or fear by myself or anybody else around him, except for the fact that he would wound a bystander instead of hitting his intended target trying to sight in amidts his coke hangover...... The bottom line is everyone in that place is a mess including the owner. Goes to show any organization is only as good as its leader....(who should be pistol whipped with his own weapon) more
