Simply awful! I called them to get my fridge repaired. Waited all day, the tech finally came about 30 minutes late. They assured me over the phone that the repair will be done the same day. It was not. The tech did not have any parts on him, but he promised to come back the next day. Now its been 5 days. I called them today and they said that the pars are on the Back Order and they will call me when the parts came in. Why did they have to lie that they had the parts? All my food is spoiled... I should have called someone else. more

Found Smith Brothers by Googling Appliance Repair in my area. They knew exactly what my problem was with my Kenmore Dryer, confirmed that it was probably the CCU, had extra parts (even door locks) on hand. Came the next day, replaced the CCU in 1/2 hr which got the washer working and it's been fine ever since two weeks now. I think the breakdown was new CCU ~ $210, labour $70. Overall very competent, prompt, and highly recommended. Pros: Price was right, honest, good communication Cons: no more

Refrigerator needed fixing Fridge went on the blink without warning. So called the Maytag repair # gave all the info and I would get a call to place service time. No Call - called them back again - well we can squeeze you in 3 weeks ??? Yeah okay - never mind. So searched on-line for reliable repair man & happily came across OC Repairs site and decided to give Smith Brothers a call. Left message - got a call within the hour. Set up an appointment for the next morning. Was also informed what it might cost, if this or that & if worth fixing. First thing next morning repairmen were at the door. Within minutes they advised it was the freezer fan that was the culprit - was told how much it would cost and he could do right away. In less than one hour he had fixed ! Thanks guys.
