I have used this company 3 years in a row and have never had a problem. They are always on time and the entertainers are fantastic. I have seen other companies and they don?t come close to the quality. They are definitely worth the money :) more

Don t waste your money!! This company promises more than they deliver - and word to the wise, they have probably received so many complaints - that their contracts and disclaimers protect them in case you are not happy with their services. When I told the owner I was dissatisfied with their service - she didn't have anything to say except she would not refund any money. When I told them that I paid close to one thousand dollars for a bouncer, a puppet show, cotton candy, bubbles, and games (limbo, musical chairs, etc) - I expected the entertainers to keep my guests happy and having fun as PROMISED. Instead they sent me two high school kids that goofed off the entire time. They barely interacted with my guests and didn't play any games until the very end after I had to specifically ask for it). They pride themselves in entertainment and hiring good people - don t think so. Save your money and go to another company!! more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The company breached my contract and was unaplogetic. My package included 3 characters, but someone made a mistake and didn't send them. The manager had the audacity to tell me that she was doing me a favor by not charging me for the characters which I never got!! When I called the person who I made all the arrangements with- she stated that she did not understand why I was upset. I explained that my daughter was looking forward to having the characters and that was the main reason I booked them. I also explained that I had booked the place for an extra hour because I planned to have this entertainment. Again, she thought they had done me a favor for not charging for what I didn't get. Never offered anything as compensation and her manager, would not call me back. more
