HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The company breached my contract and was unaplogetic. My package included 3 characters, but someone made a mistake and didn't send them. The manager had the audacity to tell me that she was doing me a favor by not charging me for the characters which I never got!! When I called the person who I made all the arrangements with- she stated that she did not understand why I was upset. I explained that my daughter was looking forward to having the characters and that was the main reason I booked them. I also explained that I had booked the place for an extra hour because I planned to have this entertainment. Again, she thought they had done me a favor for not charging for what I didn't get. Never offered anything as compensation and her manager, would not call me back.
