Dr. Green is the most caring, considerate, and knowledgeable vet I know! He sets high expectations for his staff--and they meet them. I became a client of SHAH in 1987 when I lived in Westchester and continued to come to SHAH when I lived in Central Jersey because of Brian Green. He saved my dogs lives many times, and when he couldn't it wasn't from lack of trying or attention. Now that I am in FL, although there are many vets, I still haven't found one in which I have the confidence I have in Dr. Green. more

Charged for unrequested services 4/15/2008

\r We made an appointment to get our dog a shot. Our au pair brought the dog in and in addition to the shot the vet performed an unrequested check up even though the vet had performed a check up less than seven months prior.\r \r When my wife complained to the vet she was informed her that the reservation we had made to board our dog at Animal Hospital would not be honored. The vet only returned my wife's call after a week and a follow up message from my wife and a visit to the office by my wife.\r Pros: Receptionist understood message and promised to relay to the vet. Cons: Vet and Vet's partner understood that services were not requested but did not refund charge not agreed to. more
