We made an appointment to get our dog a shot. Our au pair brought the dog in and in addition to the shot the vet performed an unrequested check up even though the vet had performed a check up less than seven months prior.\r

When my wife complained to the vet she was informed her that the reservation we had made to board our dog at Animal Hospital would not be honored. The vet only returned my wife's call after a week and a follow up message from my wife and a visit to the office by my wife.\r
Pros: Receptionist understood message and promised to relay to the vet.
Cons: Vet and Vet's partner understood that services were not requested but did not refund charge not agreed to.
