WHAT EVER YOU DO STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!! 8/18/2011

God, I wish that I could give them no stars. They were so horrible. My sisters car recently was totaled in an accident and we decided to stop in and see what they had. When we pulled in this should have been our first indication that things would head south very quickly. As we were pulling in to the lot he ran up to the car and said park any where you want, we hadnt even gotten out of the car yet. Than when we got out he immediately asked what my sisters credit score was, um ok this is the first time Ive ever had this happen. After her explaining to him what she wanted totally ignored this fact. He kept showing her cars that she didnt like, than she found an 2007 Scion TC with almost 50k on it and when we asked about the price he danced around the question. Finally we took it for a test drive came back and we asked again for the price, to this he responds oh well lets go in here and throw some numbers around and see what we can do. We had made it plainly clear to him that we were just looking and didnt really want to persue this. Well she tells him what she can afford and what she wants to pay, he than is like um ok let me see. Well he comes back with the price of the car and they want 20k, I looked at him and I told him are you crazy that car is 4 years old, she can buy a new one for that price. He looks at me and tells me, well there is a waiting line for these types of cars, to which I tell him BS because I can find them all over for 10k. He than goes back comes back with all these crazy payments of like 500 a month etc. She refuses that tells him she wants payments less than 250. They basically laugh at her and tell her there is no way. At this point I am beyond pissed Ive told them several times that she doesnt want the car. Next thing we know some fat little hispanic finance manager MIke, marco, what ever his name was came over and started yelling at me saying are you paying the payments, your not so shut up and stay out of it which I turn to my sister and tell her lets get the hell out of here. I walked out and he started questioning her well you have no obilgations so why cant you make this payment etc. She told him for the millionth time, no I am not interested. We practically had to run to the car, as we were leaving the sales man that helped us comes running out the door waving his arms like a crazy man and yelling all crazy to please wait and stop to which we ignored and drove off. I KNOW THIS IS LONG BUT PLLLLLLLLLLEAAAAAAAAASEEEEEEEEE DONT GO HERE, THEY TRY TO RIP YOU OFF AND BE LITTLE YOU IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY TALK OPENLY ABOUT YOUR FINANCES WHILE OTHERS ARE SITTING THERE LISTENING, SO SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLE AND DOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNNTTTTTTTT GO HERE!!!!! more

Horrible people and a horrible business 1/21/2010

I went into skyline a few days after I got in an accident and my new car was totaled. I am 5 months pregnant with a 5 year old, they pretended to understand my situation and pretended to want to help. They showed me one horribly cheap car with the service engine light on. They claimed it was the gas cap. We were about to leave and then they showed us a grand am 2005 it looked nice and ran ok. They tried to make us a deal but lied about everything they said it'd be a 60 month contract and in the financial office made it a 72 month contract. Well we did end up settling and buying the car with extended warranty and dealer extended warranty as well. 3 days later the service engine light came on, I took it in and every single person there turned me away said the problem wasn't covered in the warranty they made every excuse in the book to not help me despite the business I gave them. Well I just took it to a mechanic they assured me it was a dealership issue and they were to cover it. Skyline is full of liars that just care about taking your money but when you find them at fault they will do everything in there power to get rid of you. They sold me a bad car and I want to warn everyone out there to NOT GO THROUGH SKYLINE MITSUBISHI they will screw you no matter what it takes. Please take my advice I don't want this to happen to anyone else! Pros: NOTHING, id give them zero stars but that wasn't an option Cons: absolutely everything more
