Review content:
I went into skyline a few days after I got in an accident and my new car was totaled. I am 5 months pregnant with a 5 year old, they pretended to understand my situation and pretended to want to help. They showed me one horribly cheap car with the service engine light on. They claimed it was the gas cap. We were about to leave and then they showed us a grand am 2005 it looked nice and ran ok. They tried to make us a deal but lied about everything they said it'd be a 60 month contract and in the financial office made it a 72 month contract. Well we did end up settling and buying the car with extended warranty and dealer extended warranty as well. 3 days later the service engine light came on, I took it in and every single person there turned me away said the problem wasn't covered in the warranty they made every excuse in the book to not help me despite the business I gave them. Well I just took it to a mechanic they assured me it was a dealership issue and they were to cover it. Skyline is full of liars that just care about taking your money but when you find them at fault they will do everything in there power to get rid of you. They sold me a bad car and I want to warn everyone out there to NOT GO THROUGH SKYLINE MITSUBISHI they will screw you no matter what it takes. Please take my advice I don't want this to happen to anyone else!
Pros: NOTHING, id give them zero stars but that wasn't an option
Cons: absolutely everything
