Alex, the salesman, was honest and genuine. He wanted me to get a car I actually liked and understood this was a big purchase - my first good car. I was iffy on what I wanted, since nothing I had planned on was there and I needed a car today. He explained all my options. Instead of buying a cheap, hail damaged car, he explained that I could get in a 2012 Chevy Sonic for the same price or less. And have affordable payments and insurance. Why? He explained that the loan term and rate would be lower than getting a used, older car. We test drove one other and weren't thrilled. Then we drove the Chevy Sonic. Amazing. We loved it! There was no pressure to buy, they sat down with us in a comfortable setting and explained the confusing stuff. Just so you all know - some newer used cars come with a free warranty. Alex explained in detail what it covered and what it did not. He didn't push extra options into us or add them on without asking. The finance guy (Joe) was so friendly and helpful. He was quick and concise, going over protection plans one last time and congratulating us on the car. He has a wonderful sense of humor and you can tell he likes his job. The people made the experience and I am loving my new Chevy Sonic. Alex even had the guts to take my trade in that had to be towed - for $500. It was worth $217. No mind games, no pushy people, just a good experience without all the hassle. I was treated so much better than Autonation Honda up the street. 100% recommended.
