Thank you Sky Salon!!!! I recently had my hair destroyed by a nameless salon in Cleveland. Sky Salon was reccomended by a friend for the rescue. TJ, a stylist there, agreed to stay after hours and did a stellar job in fixing my hair. I work with the public on a daily basis and cannot express my thanks enough. I appreciate the fact that Damon paid attention to a customer in need. He saw to it that I was taken care of and TJ performed a small miracle. Thanks again, you've a regular client. Finally!!!!!!!! 4/26/2006

TJ was recommened to me from another hairstylist. I was having problems communicating exactly what i wanted with my cut and color. After two failed visits i asked her where she went for her hair. She admitted she went to TJ at Sky Salon. TJ and I had a great consultation and he was very understanding about what I wanted. He highlighted and low lighted my hair along with all over color!!!!!!!!! I absolutely adore it! After my wonderful head massage I sat in his chair and let him cut my long hair. Suprisingly, he told me that WE should grow MY hair out. I was shocked! Every hairdresser including the one that recommened me always wanted me to cut my hair shorter. TJ is AMAZING with long hair. Perfection 4/25/2006

I moved out to cleveland two years ago and have been desperately searching for a stylist that actually knew what they were doing. I had been to about four others and always ended up incredibly unhappy. Someone finally recommended sky salon and TJ was unbelievable! Not only did he make me feel totally comfortable, but he is a true artist. My hair looked amazing. He took his time to make sure that my hair looked fantastic. My color is perfect and my cut is really easy to manage. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. The salon is really taken care of and you can tell that they make sure their customers are their number one priority. If you are looking for a wonderful salon, look no further. my best friend recommended Sky to me. THANK YOU!!! The shampoo alone was worth the drive from westlake. TJ gave me a great head massage that was comparable to a luxury spa treatment and made me really relaxed for my first haircut with him. He really helped me decide on a haircut that was fun and easy for me to do. I was surprised when he invited me back free of charge to help me style my own hair on his lunch break. Thanks TJ!!! Can't believe my eyes 3/30/2006

Starting off, I had my first experience at Sky Salon recently. I was SO dissatisfied. Overall I was ok with my haircut. I mean I got a similar cut somewhere else. The skill was not there, I completely disagree with Imraas. I don't believe that they are not educating themselves in any advances. The environment is far from inviting. And the customer service could use a major overhaul. I was given an appointment and it was changed 3 times by the young ladies that are at the front desk. I assume it was because they were rearranging their schedules to fit a more suitable customer (a higher paying one, that is). Their prices are very outrageous, who wants to pay $40 and up for just a haircut?? And no, the scissors are not diamond incrusted. more

I completely agree with ""Niki33"". I recently scheduled at appoitment at Sky Salon in Strongsville, OH and my experience is anything but what ""IMRAAS"" speaks of. Not only did the stylist destroy my hair, but the lack of professionalism was unheard of. I could have recieved better service and a better haircut at Great Clips for $4.99- For future clients who value their appearance and looks, take my recommedation and choose any other salon but Sky. more
