Starting off, I had my first experience at Sky Salon recently. I was SO dissatisfied. Overall I was ok with my haircut. I mean I got a similar cut somewhere else. The skill was not there, I completely disagree with Imraas. I don't believe that they are not educating themselves in any advances. The environment is far from inviting. And the customer service could use a major overhaul. I was given an appointment and it was changed 3 times by the young ladies that are at the front desk. I assume it was because they were rearranging their schedules to fit a more suitable customer (a higher paying one, that is). Their prices are very outrageous, who wants to pay $40 and up for just a haircut?? And no, the scissors are not diamond incrusted.
