Worst

Was caught in SanJose with front pads going metal to metal. I was charged $111 for brake pads, $207 for two new "white box" rotors and $140 for an install. $458!! Thats' for ONE e...

I have been using Skips Tire and Auto on Blossom Hill for a while now and they have really earned my trust with their great work and fair prices. I've always been happy with the work done on my car and I never feel taken advantage of. more

I get my oil changed at Skip's about every three to four thousand miles and every time I come I have had a pleasant experience. The service is always fast and friendly. They even go as far as doing a check-up on my car for free.The service is always friendly and I would highly recommend them. more

I was on my way home from work and happened to catch a flat tire right by Skip's Tire and Auto. They quickly had me in and out within minutes in order for me to pick my kids up from school on time. Thank you! more

I was really impressed by the service I received here. I've heard mixed reviews so I was cautious about coming but in the end, they were convenient. I'm very happy with the end result. Not only did they fix the problem but they were a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely come back. more

I have been Using Skip's Tire for about four years. They have taken very good care of me. In terms of appointments, they have me in and out quickly. They are great at trouble-shooting and they provide good service all around. I have not done a whole lot of homework in terms of price comparison, but I think they offer fair pricing. I like that they tell you the cause of the problem and how urgent the repair is. I have 3 different vehicles serviced through Skip's and their ages range from 5 to 16 years old. They give good recommendations. They tell me if a repair is more a maintenance item as opposed to something that will get more serious down the road if not taken care of now. Eddie Thomas more

I've used Skip's Tire, at the Evergreen location, quite a few times. They have done multiple things on different cars. In terms of the customer service at the front they are great; Jaime and Will do whatever they can to get me the right information. They have never sent me away without giving me good service. For nontechnical issues, so for minor things, go there. For more major work I am a little skeptical. I have gone there for my check engine light 3 times now, and they can't figure out what is wrong. I know they are doing everything possible to help me, and each time it is a good experience, but they haven't fixed the issue. Service wise they are nice people, but they aren't knocking my socks off technically. more

I have been using Skip's Tire for quite a few years now. The people up front and the technicians are great. Will Pak, who I believe is a manager at the Silver Creek location, is an awesome guy. I have 4 cars, and he takes care of all 4 for everything. Go see Will or Jaime; they are always willing to help and go the extra mile. more
