BURNS AND BLISTERS ON FACE!!! I had a simple procedure done, small spider veins removed from the side of my NOSE. Well, not only did they NOT remove the spider veins, they created more and BURNED AND BLISTERED my face - SPECIFICALLY UNDER MY EYES AND CHEEKS- in 5 places. I have a hole on my check (were there were no spideR veins!) that has become infected and will MOST LIKELY scar. The procedure requires no down time - except when it is performed by people who do not know how to operate the laser. Technician - KATHY MOHAMMADI left the room rather quickly mid-procedure - maybe knowing she had burned me! WILL NOT EVER GO BACK!!!!! SCARRING YOUR FACE IS HORRIBLE! I went in to Newport Beach MedSpa wanting to improve my appearance and now it's 100 times worse. STAY AWAY. !!!!! Please see my pictures !!!!! - REMEMBER THIS WAS A PROCEDURE TO BE PERFORMED ON THE SIDE OF MY NOSE!!!!! Exceptional customer service and knowledge. I won't go anywhere else. I started coming to the spa because I bought a groupon and I havent stopped coming back. Everyone there is so friendly and they do an amazing job. They are all experts at what they do. Najwa my consultant is so informative about all procedures and what is just right for my skin. When I was younger I had severe acne that left scars. And as I got older the scars became much more noticeable. She suggested I try the Matrix Fractional to correct the scars and wrinkles I was starting to get. And she was so right!! After just one treatment of the Matrix I saw huge results. I wish I could post before and after pictures here because the difference is so dramatic. I cant because before the treatment I hated people taking any pictures of me....so there really arent any. Only the afters!! And my skin is beautiful. This is just one example of the wonderful service and treatment I have had here. I copied and pasted one of the many emails I sent to Najwa regarding one of their products she suggested I try: Hi Najwa, You are amazing! And I have to tell you...the AQ active serum was a great idea for my tattoo. I put it on and about 10 minutes later the swelling was down by at least 75% and the flaking was noticeably less and today it looks and feels amazing. I've never had a tattoo heal like this before! Thank you! I'm actually going to send an email off to AQ about the awesome suggestion my fav consultant at NB MedSpa gave me. You have been so good to me. I hated my skin and my acne scars but after taking your advice I feel and look so much better. I really appreciate everything you have done for me. And I have a question. A friend of mine said I should get a chemical peel as well as the Matrix. I told her I had to ask Najwa first. What do you think? Would it make a difference? Also, I want lips like yours! Horrible attitude! I was attracted to this spa via Groupon for IPL and took the time to go to their open house; clients received a $100 NB Medspa gift card in goodie bags redeemable towards full price services. Well, I called in to redeem my $100 worth for Botox. When I got there the cranky old blonde consultant in the left corner tried to tell me I couldn’t redeem Botox even at full price! They disputed; the receptionist went to double check and says I can at full price, which is $12/unit. But the stingy consultant tried to say $15/unit AFTER authorization of service at $12/unit. WTF, GIVE ME THE FAIR PRICE!.. such hostility at a spa, especially for a gift card they gave me. The old consultant must’ve judged I was there only to claim $100 worth of Botox = only 8 units, but I wasn't. I’m writing this review because if they care to check customer satisfaction, they should know that one staff could ruin the impression of the whole spa. I hope you can treat young clients more respectfully because you're not the only spa in town so work on some real exceptional customer service. more

I was a little nervous about the idea of hair removal, however, the staff is excellent and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, were very professional and provided great customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for this kind of treatment. more

I'm a doctor (dentist), many of my patients ask me why i don't do botox, my response is everyone excels in their own profession, so I am leaving this review not from my own experience but because I send a lot of my patients that ask for botox and filler to Newport Beach Medspa, they have all been satisfied with the results and I as a doctor would not refer my own patients to just anywhere, my wife herself goes to Newport Beach Medspa and she's quite the critic, I have visited the medspa and the entire staff is well educated, informed and experienced in the various procedures they perform. more

I picked up a groupon deal this place was running for laser hair removal, I've since had a few other treatments, Botox, Microderm, and Lipo Lite, infact they just announced they have a deal on the Lipo Lite. I've had Lipo Lite after having my children and I was happy with the results. After a few years, I needed it again, let's face it, things grow where we can't control them. I met with Doctor Csepani for a consultation and scheduled my appointment, I am quite happy with my results. I feel bad for Starbrust below but you know doctors aren't miracle workers and with me I had no issues. My skin is tight and I feel great. I wouldn't say the doctor is rude, but he is honest and that's exactly what I look for when I'm looking for any type of service, honesty. Now as for the rest of the stuff I get done there, let's just say I'm a addicted. Since they've been running some good deals, I grab them when I can and use them regularly. What I like is I get the same service and quality, whether I'm coming in with a deal or just paying cash. They don't cut the quality or the product. The front office girls are really friendly and nice, the staff is very professional. I highly recommend this place and I've actually sent 4 of my friends there, they are extremely satisfied also. The only thing is the scheduling sometimes is too booked, so now I make sure and schedule way ahead of time.... more

I went to the spa because they had a February special for the Lipo Lite. That should have been my first red light. I met with Dr Csepani and he said I was a great candidate for the procedure. After my procedure it was evident that my tummy was not even. It looked horrible so I went back and after 6months Dr Csepani said not problem he could fix it so he did the procedure again and it was worse. It looks horrible and this time when I talked to the Dr he was so rude and said that I would never have a teenage tummy. All I wanted was some fat remove and evenly... I am so embarrassed to show any tummy and when my youngest son seen if for the first time he was grossed out. I am so sad that I now have to live with myself for getting this procedure done. As a man, I never understand the fuss of females over skin treatments, lotions, and whatnots. My wife finally dragged me to the Newport Beach MedSpa to experience ""the works"". All I know is I've been scrubbed and moisturized from head to foot. While I am asleep for the duration of my visit, my wife commented that my skin is now softer and, whatever it means, ""clearer"". The mere fact that I fell asleep while doing the treatments mean only one thing for me--it is a good place for relaxation. more

In this super convenient location I spoil myself and do whatever my skin asks for. They seem to have a very wide selection of treatments but the atmosphere is not intimidating at all and if anything almost like a little family. They offer botox, facials, micro, ipl etc etc etc. I'm even going to start taking my husband and son to work on their skin and laser hair removal. Love this Place! more

I have been to several MedSpas in the past, but Newport Beach MedSpa is by FAR the best! I have been coming her for over a year now and always have a pleasant experience. The staff is so friendly and inviting, which makes me feel comfortable and relaxed when I walk in the door. They help you pick out the package/treatment that fits your needs.The best part is that when I started I had more than moderate acne and now have clear skin!! more

Newport Beach Med Spa put me on Releana and I have lost 12 pounds in 14 days and I have still indulged in the holiday spirit, There is so many cool procedures they do. I cannot wait to figure out what else I want done! more

When it comes to Facials, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, Fillers, and Botox .......I felt that Newport Beach MedSpa would be he perfect place. I was absolutely correct. Najwa Fata, Consultant/Esthetician, totally loves to make sure her customers are happy with the procedures and goes the extra mile to do so..... Kathy Mohhammadi, RN......has totally made be look wonderful. She is 100% at her job. I am very very happy .....I'm almost 63 yrs old.....and still look like I'm in my fortys....Extemely profesional.
