Horrible attitude! I was attracted to this spa via Groupon for IPL and took the time to go to their open house; clients received a $100 NB Medspa gift card in goodie bags redeemable towards full price services. Well, I called in to redeem my $100 worth for Botox. When I got there the cranky old blonde consultant in the left corner tried to tell me I couldn’t redeem Botox even at full price! They disputed; the receptionist went to double check and says I can at full price, which is $12/unit. But the stingy consultant tried to say $15/unit AFTER authorization of service at $12/unit. WTF, GIVE ME THE FAIR PRICE!.. such hostility at a spa, especially for a gift card they gave me. The old consultant must’ve judged I was there only to claim $100 worth of Botox = only 8 units, but I wasn't. I’m writing this review because if they care to check customer satisfaction, they should know that one staff could ruin the impression of the whole spa. I hope you can treat young clients more respectfully because you're not the only spa in town so work on some real exceptional customer service.
