New staff is great ! The office is beautifully decorated. I was a little skeptical from reading past reviews but I was pleasantly surprised . They carry a great selection of products and are really interested in providing an overall experience for their customers . I had laser hair removal , and they provided me with topical numbing cream that made it pain free! LOVE IT! more

THE NEW SKIN RENEW IS THE BEST!!! I had been there several times in the past couple of years - each time the service and results were worse and worse. SURPRISE SURPRISE... it's now under NEW OWNERSHIP and MANAGEMENT with TRUE PROFESSIONALS - not imposters running the place. I had a hair removal performed by Bree who is OUTSTANDING. I met the new owners (Women) who are dedicated to making the experience painless and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased with my visit - I'LL BE BACK and SPREAD THE WORD!!! more

THANKFULLY, Skin Renew Laser & Vein has NEW OWNERS - the old group was AWFUL. They were only open 4 or 5 hours a week - NEVER returned phone calls - and had an ATTITUDE. ALL THAT HAS CHANGED with the new ownership. First of all, it is NOW OWNED by WOMEN - who are PROFESSIONALS in the business and devote FULL TIME to the Clinic. They are open throughout the week and will make special arrangements if you want to come in on weekends. Ashley, one of the owners is a true professional and their two laser professionals are just that - PROFESSIONAL. I had a series of Botox injections performed by Roxanne - a Registered Nurse. They are outgoing, friendly, and VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL. Sadly, they have to endure the horrid broken promises by the prior group who was just interested in RIPPING YOU OFF. Not so with these ladies..... I'M TELLING EVERYBODY ABOUT THE NEW SKIN RENEW - THE BEST!!!! more

AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had an appointment at 5:15 and I get a phone call at 10:30 telling me that they were under new management and that since I had a half off depot voucher that I could not come to that appointment, but could make another appointment during their new business hours. They said since they were not making money off my voucher they could not stay after hours for me. I have had this appointment for close to 2 months. Someone could have called and told me before I had made arrangements to make it to this appointment instead of telling me 7 hours before my appointment. DO NOT GO HERE! more

As for price, if you do any kind of research, they are at or below average cost with the exception of Groupon. Personally, I want quality treatments from an experienced staff and this is what I have receive so far. The providers they have on staff now have been in the industry for years (I asked). They gave me recommendations based on need that would fit into my budget. I have been for other consultations and have felt the sales pressure instead of compassion. I definitely would recommend them to anyone that asks and plan on continuing services with them. more

I went to Skin Renew because a friend had been and liked the service she had, so I thought I would check about laser hair removal and I have had great results!!!. Way better than expected and I have enjoyed the staff each time I have been in. The staff is very professional and friendly. I am going to be doing more services with them after I finish my hair removal. Thanks Skin Renew. I would recommend them to anyone who has questions about your skin. more

I just love Skin Renew and the staff is great. I have had problems with pigment damage for years and Skin Renew has really improved my skin. I also started hair removal treatments several months ago and love the results.\r \r I will do other treatments at Skin Renew, I am planning on Botox and fillers next. \r \r You have to go to this place, best in town for skin care. more

I have had great results at Skin Renew. I started experiencing adult acne in my late 30's. The staff at Skin Renew put me on a treatment plan for acne and I have seen great results. The staff has been very supportive.\r \r My teenage son is now going to Skin Renew for his breakouts and I have started doing other treatment myself.\r \r I highly recommend Skin Renew for all your skin care needs more

My results of hair removal were good. I would say 85% successful. But, I missed a couple of appointments which they started charging me $50. I understand it was wrong to miss. Then one morning I had to wait because the technician was stuck in traffic. I suggested I should then receive a refund if they were going to charge me the other way. I was received very coldly by the office manager and ending up paying extra for treatments to finish. I felt that she had a need to punish me, the customer. Poor customer service. I won't go back. more

Employees are rude and condescending. They kept me waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes and I was the first appointment of the day. They don't say hello or good bye. The aesthetician swabbed my entire face with rubbing alcohol without even warning me or telling me to hold my breath. I had 3 treatments at $600 and no noticeable results. Run - don't walk is right! more

Don't waste your time or money 5/19/2012

The employees were cold, almost rude and I had poor results. I purchased a groupon for 6 laser hair removals. On my first visit I walked in and the guy behind the desk didn't even look up. After several minutes he got up and left without speaking to me. Someone else took his place and I told her the previous person didn't speak to me or have me sign in and she told me to ignore him, "he's the owner." !!!!! My experience with Skin Renew does not even deserve one star. I went to Skin Renew to check on one thing and came out with a very expensive pkg. consisting of Obagi products and the Obagi Blu Peel for $925. For those that do not know what a Blu Peel is...its painful, very invasive and a long recovery time. You truely look like you have been in a very bad fire and your skin peels horribly (but that is suppose to happen to get beautiful skin) After most of the peeling it was suggested to me to have the Silk peel to enhance the affects of the Blu Peel. I had an adverse reaction which followed with them giving me a moisture treatment to correct the adverse reaction. It did not work at all. I've met with Heather and the owner who says his name is Jamie Fox over my dissatisfaction and crummy skin. Pros: null Cons: null more

Run, Don't Walk 8/2/2011

I originally found this place by buying through Groupon. I wish I never did. I went in for one procedure and was talked into buying a bunch more that I did not need. Heather will try to sell you anything, whether you need it or not. She will give you product to use without telling you the cost involved until after its too late. They gave me so much botox, that I am not being used in Teaching Doctors offices of what NOT to do when administering botox. They injected so much botox into my forhead (they make more money that way) that my muscle above my eyes fell and I can hardly open my eyes. I have lost so much money and look terrible. The owner Jimmy does not care what happens in his office, as long as he gets his money. This office is the most unprofessional office I have ever walked into. Please, if you want to have any of these procedures done, do your homework on the aestiticians and expecially the office manager. I wish I did but now its too late. more
