My results of hair removal were good. I would say 85% successful. But, I missed a couple of appointments which they started charging me $50. I understand it was wrong to miss. Then one morning I had to wait because the technician was stuck in traffic. I suggested I should then receive a refund if they were going to charge me the other way. I was received very coldly by the office manager and ending up paying extra for treatments to finish. I felt that she had a need to punish me, the customer. Poor customer service. I won't go back.
