Sir Pizza

I phoned in a delivery order from Sir Pizza in Smyrna on 12/9/07 at 7:45PM, gave them my name, address and phone number. Was told it would be delivered in about 15-20 minutes. (I live about 3 blocks away). Over an hour later I hadn't received it and called them back and talked to some young girl who said she was the manager but sounded about 15 years old and couldn't even carry on an intelligent conversation. All she would tell me is they stopped delivering at 9:00 PM. She offered no explanation as to why my pizza had not already been delivered nor did she have any apologies. It's a shame because I'm 57 years old and for the last 30 years Sir Pizza has always been my favorite, I've ordered them all over Middle Tennessee, but I refuse to ever even attempt to do business with this place again. more

My wife and I have called on three occasions to order a pizza for delivery. Each time we've be given a time and each time it has been at least 30 minutes later than expected. We even planned this last time accordingly and yet when the 30 minutes later than told came around, I called to inquire. The answer I was given from Sir PIzza in Smyrna, TN, ""my driver has not come back and we've not even started your pizzas!"" REALLY! It's Sunday night at 8:30pm and I was told that I could get $5 off a $35 pizza order. No thanks. I will pay for service but do not insult with $5 off when we've waited for 1.5 hours for two pizzas and you still have not began to cook them! We WILL NOT be ordering or eating at Sir Pizza again and we hope that your family will allow a couple of hours before you're ready to eat. I'll stick with the 30 minute guarantee! It tasted like a frozen Jeno's pizza knock off. Delivery was incredibly slow and we spent $30 and threw it in the garbage. Cons: pizza was terrible and expensive more

They have the best wings ever found anywhere. Make their own and the sauce. Gotta try it. You will come back for more. I beleive they ship them anywhere as well. Pros: Best wings, Best pizza, can mix and match Cons: expect higher price more
