Review content:
I phoned in a delivery order from Sir Pizza in Smyrna on 12/9/07 at 7:45PM, gave them my name, address and phone number. Was told it would be delivered in about 15-20 minutes. (I live about 3 blocks away). Over an hour later I hadn't received it and called them back and talked to some young girl who said she was the manager but sounded about 15 years old and couldn't even carry on an intelligent conversation. All she would tell me is they stopped delivering at 9:00 PM. She offered no explanation as to why my pizza had not already been delivered nor did she have any apologies. It's a shame because I'm 57 years old and for the last 30 years Sir Pizza has always been my favorite, I've ordered them all over Middle Tennessee, but I refuse to ever even attempt to do business with this place again.
