Reliable Service 5/1/2015

I brought my 2007 Envoy in for a routine oil change and the mechanics found a worn tie rod end. Erik fully explained the need for replacement and made the necessary repairs. It's one of those things that happens gradually so I didn't even notice the subtle changes in handling. Holy cow, it drives like a new car again. Thanks Erik and the guys. You're the best! more

Always let me know what repairs could be coming so they can be planned. Also helps to keep me on track via email so that I don't forget an oil change. When needed can explain in lay terms what repairs need to be done and why. more
