I brought my 2007 Envoy in for a routine oil change and the mechanics found a worn tie rod end. Erik fully explained the need for replacement and made the necessary repairs. It's one of those things that happens gradually so I didn't even notice the subtle changes in handling. Holy cow, it drives like a new car again. Thanks Erik and the guys. You're the best!
