They tried hard to save me the repair 2/28/2014

Weird, right? I had an intermittent problem, which of course wouldn't show itself for the guys in the shop. They really, REALLY didn't want to cause me the expense of fixing it without being able to see it for themselves. I assured them that the problem was real and that we had jointly diagnosed it well enough, and to go ahead and do the repair anyway. I got a fair price and quick turnaround. You gotta love a shop that would take so much care to save a customer a few bucks. more

They are good about calling you back with quotes. 2/18/2014

The service dept works with you and your able to drop your vehicle off, and come back later to pay for it. They call with quotes. I like to go there because I work next door, its very convenient. more

As a female, I feel comfortable in having my car serviced at Sipe Bros. Eric comes and clearly tells me what needs to be serviced and why and provides a cost estimate. I don't have a hard-core, fast-talking sales person shoving a lot of information down my throat. more
