My regular dentist was not available and I was in too much pain. On a friend’s advice I visited Smiles for Siouxland clinic. Dr. Brower was the dentist in charge and is extremely knowledgeable in his line of work. He addressed my concern regarding the pain in my mouth and did a complete examination of the issue. He informed me that I need to get a tooth extraction done as it was an unborn wisdom tooth that was causing all the problems. He extracted the tooth and made sure that I felt less pain during the procedure. Thanks to Dr. Brower I now a problem free mouth.\r more

Smiles for Siouxland clinic is the best. As I said, I have a really intense aversion to the dentist due to some awful experiences as a kid. Dr. Brower is the best, he's very gentle and so nice. He asked me what I wanted and then told me how he could make it happen. 3 days later I had a killer smile! The procedure required Novocain, which didn't make me happy, but he was so gentle, I didn't even realize he'd injected it until he moved his hand. On a friend’s advice I decided on Dr. Brower at Smiles for Siouxland Dental, and I wasn't disappointed. He is apparently the highest (and most frequently) rated dentist in the Sioux Falls area. Very clean and straightforward business . Got an examination done, full x-rays and consultation at a great price. After examining the x-rays, Dr. Brower detailed my options (with illustrations), and calmly answered all my questions. The nurse came in with a thorough price breakdown on all options, and left me time alone in the chair to decide. No nonsense. Smiles for Siouxland highly recommended by me.\r more

I woke up one Friday morning to a mouth in pain and a loose filling and said to myself, ""yay! I don't have a dentist.” Luckily I came through with an amazing recommendation and a couple hours later, I found myself promptly seated in the dentist chair at Smiles for Siouxland dental clinic. Scheduling the appointment was simple, thanks to the friendly front desk staff. Upon arriving, I just had to fill out a few forms and the next thing I knew, the dentist was ready to see me. Dr. Brower was able to get to the root of the problem right away and was even able to move some things around so that he could fix it for me that day. I was going through immense pain in my mouth. After battling the pain for long, I finally gave up and visited Dr. Brower’s clinic for treatment . Dr. Brower did an examination of my tooth and after few x-ray and checkup, he informed that I need to get a root canal treatment done. I was quite nervous about the treatment but then he explained the procedure and assured me that there would very less pain. I just paid $900 for a dental implant from Dr. Brower that another dentist wanted almost $3000 for! He saved me a lot of money and did my xrays and talked to me for free. There are two other doctors there, but Dr. Brower did my implant. Very nice office and very professional. Best thing I ever had done. Highly recommended.\r more

I went to Dr. Brower for a second opinion and I will definitely be going back to Smiles for Siouxland for my regular check ups! His office staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. When I met with him he was very friendly, answered any questions I had with patience and easy to understand answers. I was told by another dentist I had 6 cavities, and Dr. Brower told me I only had one which he then filled right there on the spot. Painless, easy and filling has worked out great ever since. I had fallen from my bike 2 months ago and lost 3 teeth of mine. I was in search of a dentist to get my teeth implanted. I visited Smiles for Siouxland clinic for the treatment. Dr. Brower did a complete examination of my mouth and explained me the course of the implant in detail. It sounded very scary to me. But Dr. Hannah and Dr. Brower were very friendly. After a week’s ordeal of unbearable pain caused by a cavity, a friend of mine suggested me to visit Smiles to Siouxland clinic for treatment. The idea of visiting a dentist gave me cold sweat. The fear of a sitting on a patient’s chair with my mouth wide open while the dentist doing his things on my teeth was too big to overcome. But this all changed when I got my treatment done by Dr. Brower. It's been more than 15 days since I got my root canal done and there is no pain in the mouth. I had a series of cavities filled in this office. It was supposed to be done in one visit so I opted for an extra $100 out of pocket for sedation. Instead, it turned into 3 visits, and 3 missed days of work for myself and my driver. One filling fell out a week after the work was done. They refilled it. The same filling and 2 others fell out 4-6 months later, and another 1 year later. Vermillion's office gave me the run around so I went to the Sioux Falls office. After I waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment time, they charged me $75 just to look at it and tell me that I should have had crowns done instead of fillings... their critique of their own work and mistake. This could not be more inconvenient as I no longer have dental. They knew my dental was expiring at the time of the initial filling. Instead of fixing it, they told me that I would need to come out of pocket with over $600 to fix the mistake. They offered me no other help and came off as cold and uncaring. Now, I am stuck with excruciating tooth pain because of exposed nerves, a likely infection, and am reduced filling them myself once a week with a kit I found at Walmart. Please don't make the same mistake I did. They still call me every month trying to get me to make an appointment to get more money from me. One of their employees even harassed me on Facebook. Horrible experience overall! more

Going to dentist is always hard up for me. I had a root canal. After making my appointment with Dr. Brower I figured the service to be good. The dentist was very clean and smells like Flower Garden. From cleanings to actual dental work, I always feel comfortable and at ease. He was professional yet friendly & patiently explained why I needed the treatment I did. I was suffering from Toothache for many days, so I decided to visit Dr. Brower and get a cleaning and a mouth checkup. He gave me the frank truth. I have ignored to care for my teeth and was developing gum infection. I felt he was truthful and sincere and he gave me a preparation of action, first thing is to get a good electric toothbrush, enhanced home care as well as more regular cleanings. I had a gap between my two top front teeth that I was awfully self conscious about. I never got braces as I didn't want to wear them. I went around to a few other dentists but none of any use. Then I visited Dr. Brower. I told him my main worry was the gap, and on his suggestion I get lingual braces to put in for just the top row of teeth. I was very happy because I could finally get my gap closed, it was great and others didn't even know I got braces. I would highly recommend this dentist. more
