Review content:
I had a series of cavities filled in this office. It was supposed to be done in one visit so I opted for an extra $100 out of pocket for sedation. Instead, it turned into 3 visits, and 3 missed days of work for myself and my driver. One filling fell out a week after the work was done. They refilled it. The same filling and 2 others fell out 4-6 months later, and another 1 year later. Vermillion's office gave me the run around so I went to the Sioux Falls office. After I waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment time, they charged me $75 just to look at it and tell me that I should have had crowns done instead of fillings... their critique of their own work and mistake. This could not be more inconvenient as I no longer have dental. They knew my dental was expiring at the time of the initial filling. Instead of fixing it, they told me that I would need to come out of pocket with over $600 to fix the mistake. They offered me no other help and came off as cold and uncaring. Now, I am stuck with excruciating tooth pain because of exposed nerves, a likely infection, and am reduced filling them myself once a week with a kit I found at Walmart. Please don't make the same mistake I did. They still call me every month trying to get me to make an appointment to get more money from me. One of their employees even harassed me on Facebook. Horrible experience overall!
