Signature Home Improvements is Outstanding Remodeling Company. 7/13/2009

Recently, Signature Home Improvement, Inc.(SHI) remodeled our home. Jason and Mimi Flippo, owners of the SHI, were a pleasure to work with on this major project. We had major remodeling in our kitchen, great room, formal dinning room and living room. In additional several other areas of our home were painted and had crown molding installed. My wife and I found SHI to be flexible and extremely professional. Their team of workers were outstanding and very skilled. We are very happy with our new kitchen cabinets, and granite counter tops. Their painting crew is top notch and everyone does a great job in cleaning up the job site. Their finish trim carpenter is exceptional and does some the most beautiful work that you will find. Their tile man did a great job installing our back splash. Once work began we decided to add additional items to the contract. Fantastic Granite - Revamp Your Kitchen 6/22/2009

Signature Homes provided me with excellent customer service, ensuring i received the exact product i wanted and expected. Their timing was impeccable and the job was completed very quickly. They followed up after the job was complete and made sure i was completely happy. They went above and beyond the performance of any other contractors i have ever worked with. We love our new kitchen 5/21/2009

Complete kitchen gut and remodel including: all new maple cabinets (no pressboard), framing to open up passthrough and doorways, demo old saltillo and new tiling (kitchen, entry, formal dining, utility room, hallways), popcorn ceilings removed and retextured, walls retextured, and install new appliances. Project was quoted and completed in 8 weeks. Work was accomplished every business day during this period. The crew are all employees of Signature and no subcontractors were used. All of them were very professional and performed high quality work. We highly recommend them and plan on using them again for bathroom remodels. I LOVE MY KITCHEN 5/11/2009

SIGNATURE WAS GREAT. FROM START TO FINISH EVERYTHING TURNED OUT LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSE TO. NO SUBS WERE USED. THEY HAVE THERE OWN CREW FOR GRANITE, TILE, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, AND CABINETS. THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY IN AUSTIN THAT HANDLED ALL PARTS OF THE JOBS WITH THERE OWN CREW. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT WORKMANSHIP. Pros: BEST COMPANY IN AUSTIN!!! more

Amazing quality, professional service 4/1/2009

We used Signature Home Improvement for our kitchen remodel and couldn't be more pleased. They are amazing communicators, hard workers, and reliable. Any issue that arose (there are bound to be some), they fixed to our satisfaction immediately. We were so impressed with each of their departments-cabinet makers, tile layer, plumber, electrician, etc. We are now using them to remodel our bathroom as well. Rude and Deceitful 3/13/2009

We have several appliance garages that needed to be trimmed in order to install the granite countertop. Since the company does custom cabinets I expected they would be able to trim the cabinets. I was at home when they did the trimming and was appalled when I saw the smoke pouring from the saw but what was worse was seeing how my cabinets were splintered from them using an extremely dull blade.\r During the job Jason would pop in, inspect the day?s work and make a punch list of things that needed to be done. I would occasionally glance at the list which would include such things as, ?sweep floor and remove debris before leaving?. At the end of the day when the job was completed Jason asked for the final payment. I am very glad that I refused until I inspected the work myself. I came up with my own checklist of 20 items and none of them were as insignificant as sweeping the floor. Highly professional, easy to work with, totally turnkey 9/11/2008

Jason and his whole staff were a pleasure to work with. Best of all, they acted as the GC on our job and coordinated everything with us and other vendors. Mimi was incredibly proactive and anticipated when different contractors needed to arrive well before we ever had to call. I must also say that their standards were impeccably high, requiring the tile guy to rip down his work twice and redo it. This meant a greater capital expenditure on their end (for new dry wall, etc) but never once did they squabble about money. Great company with great people. We will be using them again for our bathrooms. more

Outstanding Customer Service 4/28/2008

Signature Home Improvements replaced tile countertops with granite and added new tile backsplash, as well as installed a new sink and faucet, and cut the granite in preparation for a new cooktop. Throughout the process, Signature was always on time, the craftsmen were neat and professional, and the administrative staff remained in constant touch with me to see how the process was going, and to make sure any concerns I had were taken care of. A company you can Count On!!!!! They are a Rare Find! 3/1/2008

This is a unique company that delivers everything they promise. They refaced cabinets in two baths and custom built cabinets for my master. They installed new sinks, granite counter-tops and fixtures. Everything was done in the time as promised, for the price as quoted and completed by professionals who are the standard in the industry. Good Service 1/4/2008

We used Signature for a kitchen remodel a little over 3 years ago. We refaced the cabinets and installed Silestone countertops and a tile backsplash. The work was done on time and at the price promised. They were also very helpful in recommending and working with other professionals to do work on the ceiling, lighting, etc., in conjunction with their work. A couple months ago we noticed bubbling in the laminate used on two sides of our island. They agreed to replace the pieces even though no longer under warranty, and this was done in a timely manner. We happily recommend Signature to anyone we know considering kitchen or bathroom remodels. more

Great value and very professional. 12/25/2007

We had our cabinets refaced in butterscotch maple. The entire team was very professional and meticulous and took great pains to make certain that we were satisfied with what was done. We did have one glitch in that the cabinet doors arrived from the factory without the requested finger pulls. They created the finger pulls within a couple days. They did what they said they were going to do with a minimum amount of mess and cleaned up completely. more

Awesome customer service... excellent product and services! 10/20/2007

We had granite countertops, stainless sink, and backsplash installed last week and couldn't be happier. The customer service was absolutely impeccable; they called me every morning and every evening to make sure I was satisfied. The employees showed up on time, as scheduled, were professional in their work, and an absolute joy to deal with. They were customer centric and when I wasn't satisfied with a section of tile, they ripped it out and redid it with no questions asked. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They aren't the best price but it's well worth the added comfort to know you are getting quality work and professional services. more

Great service, great end product 10/8/2007

Signature replaced existing kitchen tile countertops with approx. 85 sq. ft. of granite, placed a new sink and installed new tile backsplash. Entire wrecking and installation effort only took four days keeping disruption to a minimum. Demolition of existing material was well done with minimal mess. During the wrecking process, they took special care to protect existing hardwood floors and cabinets which was much appreciated. Installation of new materials went very well and the result meets all our expectations. We found the entire Signature team to be easy to do business with. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. In addition, they accommodated a number of tweeks we made during the installation process. Great Work and Customer Service 4/11/2007

Signature Homes performed a major kitchen remodel and completed it on time and at the quoted price. The finished kitchen met all of our expectations. After the work was completed, we noticed that the granite on the island counter had a lower sheen and they promptly replaced it. Eight months later, the 2-drawer dishwasher had worked its way loose from the bottom mounting bracket and upon calling Signature, they promptly dispatched a repair person and the problem was fixed. Both the island counter and the dishwasher mounting repair were handled in timely fashion at no charge. We highly recommend Signature for the quality of their work, great customer service and integrity.
