We have several appliance garages that needed to be trimmed in order to install the granite countertop. Since the company does custom cabinets I expected they would be able to trim the cabinets. I was at home when they did the trimming and was appalled when I saw the smoke pouring from the saw but what was worse was seeing how my cabinets were splintered from them using an extremely dull blade.\r
During the job Jason would pop in, inspect the day?s work and make a punch list of things that needed to be done. I would occasionally glance at the list which would include such things as, ?sweep floor and remove debris before leaving?. At the end of the day when the job was completed Jason asked for the final payment. I am very glad that I refused until I inspected the work myself. I came up with my own checklist of 20 items and none of them were as insignificant as sweeping the floor. My list included items such as the splintered cabinets, the soap caddy that would no longer
