Sienna nails is where I go for weekly relaxation and serenity. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Other places I have been in the area are chaotic and noisy. This place is designed for tranquility in mind. The staff are attentive and tend to your every need. You leave with a very professional look for your nails and toes. They do a great job on cleaning up your eyebrows as well. I am hooked and will never change where I go. more

I ordered a deluxe pedicure. Helen was rude to me as soon as I came in telling me to sign in and pick my color. When I got to the seat, the employee I was assigned to didn't know how to work the controls on my chair. The water in the spa bath was cold and I asked for it to be warm. The employee was sharing equipment with the next person beside me, she was constantly being told not to do something and was guided on how to apply the wax. The ""hot"" stones were cold and my color was applied to my skin as well as my nails. I complained only to be told I did not ask for the proper service, the employee cannot ""hear"", Helen was down right rude to me despite me being upset as my treat from my husband was ruined. Never have I left a place in tears before and paid for it. Avoid this place, there are better and more professional places nearby! more

I've been going to Sienna Nails and Spa since they opened in the Fall of 2008. The ladies who work there are all very sweet and they know my voice when I call in to make an appointment! I am very picky about the shape I want for my nails and Helen does them for me perfectly every time. They offer a wonderful spa pedicure with hot stones, wax, and massage for your legs and feet. Ask for the new spa scents they have available to add to the water for your pedicure - I love the relaxing lavender mix. Sit in the comfortable spa chairs and sip an ice cold bottled water while you're pampered. They offer a huge array of colors and have the latest trendiest brands available. They can paint any design you can imagine, if you just ask. The price is very affordable and is worth every penny. If you want to feel like a queen for an hour or two, go to SIENNA NAIL!! more
