I ordered a deluxe pedicure. Helen was rude to me as soon as I came in telling me to sign in and pick my color. When I got to the seat, the employee I was assigned to didn't know how to work the controls on my chair. The water in the spa bath was cold and I asked for it to be warm. The employee was sharing equipment with the next person beside me, she was constantly being told not to do something and was guided on how to apply the wax. The ""hot"" stones were cold and my color was applied to my skin as well as my nails. I complained only to be told I did not ask for the proper service, the employee cannot ""hear"", Helen was down right rude to me despite me being upset as my treat from my husband was ruined. Never have I left a place in tears before and paid for it. Avoid this place, there are better and more professional places nearby!
