I have the same story as everyone else.. Pushy salesman, needed to make a decision THAT night, and gets upset when we say that we needed to sleep on the decision. If you are a company that is really into customer service, you would NEVER pressure a customer into anything! All you need to do is just provide all of the information and provide the price. If the customers need some time to think about it, fine. If you are "no pressure", I'm sure you will make a lot more sales. Times like this when the economy is iffy, people like to take time to make decisions, not rushed into possibly making a bad one. If he had just let us take some time to think about it, we would have gone through with them redoing our tub/surround, but after his "3 year old tantrum" when he was leaving, we have decided to do business elsewhere. When they come knocking on your door, don't even bother.
