Recently I had sliding doors replaced and one window.\r The salesman was respectful and professional.\r The installers were knowledgeable, professional and cleanec up after themselves.\r I am disappointed with the company itself - I bought 19 windows several years ago. About a year ago one of the windows began losing the final coating and developed mold. When I contacted the company they said there was nothing they could do about it because the company that made the windows went out of business. I felt they should replace the window for free or at least give me a discount. After several discussions with the main office I gave up. I ended up paying for a replacement window from Sidex because I couldn't find the etched glass window I was looking for anywhere else. Then, after the new sliding doors were installed I noticed that they have a different type of handle when compared to the doors that Sidex installed several years ago.
